Yes, this is the same Focaccia that I have been making for Artruck almost since the beginning.  If you asked a potato chip what kind of bread they wold want to be it would have to be this: salty, olive oil on top, and enough olive oil on the bottom of the baking pan to give it a bit of a crunch when it is fresh.
