This week bread contains 20%  freshly milled whole wheat in it. Just enough to give it some taste, color, and whole grain goodness. It is be baked in a 9x4x4 loaf. Easy to slice. So what makes this different from other loaves?  I just love this one!  It really is a great loaf for sandwiches, sweet or savory. I am personally keen on a classic PB&J. And as you might have guessed by now, it makes great toast!  Have I mentioned how much I love toast?  Sometimes I want the dense seedy whole grain slice of bread, but sometimes I want to just make a two slice sandwich with some softer tasty bread. This is that loaf.
